The Lemon Squeeze hike is on the property of Mohonk Mountain House, which limits access somewhat. You either need to hike from off the property (several miles away), stay at the Mountain House, or attend an event or buy a day pass there.
That said...it's well worth it. What's unique is that although the hike includes a ton of rock scrambling, it feels very 'curated'...so that you ever feel like you're in danger of getting lost...and only slight danger of falling to your death.
